The deals that are
never advertised.

Why a second room at all

Most owners will not advertise. A tenant reads the listing and starts planning a move; a competitor reads it and knows the balance sheet is under pressure; staff read it and update their CVs. For those owners, the public platform is the wrong instrument entirely.

So the deal room takes the opposite approach. Nothing is indexed, nothing is named, and the detail sits behind an NDA signed per deal. What a member sees before signing is a teaser: enough to know whether it is worth their time, and not enough to identify the asset.

One property, one channel

A property is either in the deal room or on the public platform — never both. The moment something is listed publicly it is released from the deal room, and vice versa. That is enforced by the system, not by a promise: the same address cannot be claimed twice.

What we ask of members

A stated mandate, so we only bring you what fits. A signed NDA per deal. And no approach to a vendor except through us — the reason owners are willing to be in here at all.

How it works

01

You are invited

There is no sign-up. We issue invitations to investors we have spoken to, and to brokers and institutions with stock worth showing.

02

You set a mandate

Ticket size, asset classes, markets. We alert you when something matches and stay quiet when it does not.

03

You sign, then you see

Accept the NDA on a deal and the full detail and data room open. Ask for an introduction and we arrange it with the vendor.

Two ways in

Tell us which side you are on and we will come back to you.
